2. Intellectual property
All content (including, source code, graphical designs, etc.) gathered in the site Anakena.com is protected by the Spanish and international legislation on the rights of intellectual and industrial property of Anakena.com (Anakena Internet Services S.L). Total or partial, reproduction, publication, digital alteration, distribution, diffusion, modification, transformation or decompilation of the website, are prohibited without the previous written permission of Anakena.com
Only personal and private use of the website’s material is permitted. Use of material for commercial purposes or to incur illicit activities is strictly prohibited. All rights derived from the intellectual property are reserved solely by Anakena.com.
Anakena.com promises to fulfil the conditions previously mentioned to guarantee the correct use of the website’s content, and to exercise the necessary civil or penal action in the case of infraction or breach of these rights on the part of the user.
3. Protection of Personal Information
With this notice, Anakena.com informs users according to article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999, of Personal Data Protection (abbreviated to LOPD in Spanish) about its personal information protection policy with the purpose that the users should decide expressly, freely and voluntarily, if they want to provide the personal information requested on the website required for the use of its services.
Anakena.com also informs the users about the incorporation of this information into files, of which Anakena.com hold and is responsible for. With the submission of the user’s information, they, the user, are expressly consenting that Anakena.com may process their information for the purpose of dealing with users’ requests, communications via email, and sending information about Anakena.com’s activities that may be of interest to users.
Unless specified otherwise, it will be considered necessary to complete all the information required in the forms. In the case that not all the information deemed as necessary is provided Anakena.com may, depending on the case, decide not to process the application made.
Users’ are to complete the forms with real, exact, complete and up to date information, they themselves are responsible for any damages and/or prejudices that may result from inaccurate, false, incomplete or out of date information that they have entered on the forms.
Anakena.com has adopted the levels of protection demanded by the currently enforced by the LOPD. Anakena.com has installed the technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent against unauthorized access, loss, improper use, alteration and other possible risk factors.
Equally, Anakena.com promises to fulfil their obligation to safeguard the confidentiality of the personal information entrusted to them. In the instance that Anakena.com offers a special service that requires specific provisions that differ from those above, in relation to the protection of data, precedence will be given to the provisions required for the application of the new service over the existing procedure, in order to avoid inconsistency of protection.
Anakena.com reserves the right to modify the present policy, and will previously inform users of any amendments before any changes are implemented.
4. Email communications policy
With this Notice, Anakena.com informs users of the website in accordance with the LSSI, and promises that they will not send commercial communications from third parties that are not related to Anakena.com without the previous express consent of the user. All commercial communications sent by Anakena.com will be identified as such.
Users may oppose the use of their data to receive promotional material sent by Anakena.com, with out charge by sending an email to lopd@anakena.com and stating "No more advertising".
Not all communications sent by Anakena.com are considered to be "commercial communications". In addition, Anakena.com may send communications with the purpose of maintaining contractual relations, informing users, training and other activities related to the contract between Anakena.com and their users.
5. Various
Cookie’s use - Anakena.com uses cookies to facilitate the user’s navigation of the website. Cookies are small files that Anakena.com’s server sends to the user’s computer, to be stored on the hard disk. These cookies do not gather information about users’ names, or any other personal data.
With the cookies we can know how and when the pages of the website are visited and the number of people viewing them. This information will help us to improve our services and website.
